Petitions can be filed Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 1:30
pm to 4:00 pm.
Bring your completed SSOOPO forms to Room 103 of the Montgomery County Courts
Building (link to directions page). SSOOPO staff will assist you in filing your
petition.
You should bring your current photo ID when filing a petition. A photo ID
is required to notarize your petition.
