Court Location & Parking:

The Courts Building is located at 41 North Perry Street in downtown Dayton. Click here to view map. While many downtown parking lots are available, the preferred parking is at the Montgomery County Parking Garage located at the corner of W. Second and St. Marys Streets. Prices vary and we cannot reimburse you for parking when you appear. However, if you are seated as a Juror, we will issue a free parking ticket for the Montgomery County Parking Garage.
