Judge Tucker was elected a General Division Judge in 2001. He is Chair of the Judicial Appointments Committee and serves on the Judicial Budget, Jury Management, Personnel and Executive Committees.

Judge Tucker received his B.S. from Wright State University in 1977 and his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1980.

From 1980-2000, Judge Tucker was in the private practice of law. His practice emphasis was civil litigation. Before his election as a General Division Judge of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, he was the senior partner in the law firm of Tucker, Fullenkamp & Singer.

Judge Tucker is a member of the American, Ohio and Dayton Bar Associations and the Ohio Common Pleas Judges Association. He is President of Carl Kessler Inn of Court.
